Teacher in Training Program

Criteria for Assistant:
  • Must be at least 15 years of age
  • Have taken regular instruction for a minimum of five years in the specific discipline in which they will be assisting.
  • Presently taking instruction at "The Studio"
  • Have completed 1-2 years in the Teacher in Training program
  • Be selected following an interview process
  • Are required to attend teaching workshops on a regular basis.

Criteria for Teachers in training:
  • Must be at least 13 years of age
  • Have taken regular instruction for a minimum of five years in the specific discipline in which they will be assisting.
  • Presently taking instruction at "The Studio"
  • Be selected at the Director's discretion, based on level of maturity and experience.
  • Are required to attend teaching workshops on a regular basis.


Criteria for Helper:
  • Must be at least 11 years of age
  • Presently taking instruction at "The Studio"
  • Have taken regular instruction for a minimum of two years in the specific discipline in which they will be assisting.
  • Be selected at the Director's discretion, based on level of maturity and experience.
  • Are required to attend teaching workshops on a regular basis.
